Another awesome find in the US market is this bunch of pretty baked blushes by Milani cosmetics, which are being highly raved in the YouTube and Blog world. One big factor has to be that a lot of their blushes are dupes of MAC Mineralized Skinfinish!

Now we would not need to spend a big amount of money in order to get those pretty MAC blush shades now, as Milani is a drugstore brand! Although it is way cheaper than department store brands, the quality of the product is amazing for its price, definitely comparable to high end brands.

One interesting thing about baked products is that you can use it either wet or dry, wet for more pigmentation and deeper colour.

Most of these Milani baked blushes comes with some colored-veining just like MAC's Mineralized Skinfinish, which are absolutely gorgeous! They add a different look and feel to your regular single colored blush. I.e The Rose D'oro has gold veining which adds a summery sheen onto your cheeks, making you look healthy and glowing!

While not all shades come with veining, most of them are still gorgeous on the skin without that extra pop of sheen.

These blushes are very easy to work with, and I feel it compliments most skin tones, which is a mega plus in Singapore!

There've been tons and tons of raves for this orange tube of goodness for a pretty good amount of time in both the blogging and the Youtube world.

Is this product worth the hype?

Definitely yes!

Covergirl has been one of the few drugstore brands that makes really good mascaras. And this is probably the most popular mascara from this brand. It comes with a wand that isn't quite familiar with many of us as we're very used to the kind of wand that has long bristles sticking out. Lashblast's wand is very big, with short bristles, but definitely not hard to work with. It'll need getting used to, but you'll get the hang of it after 1–2 use. The formula is more on the dry end, which is good for short, thin lashes some of us have.

It glides on with ease, adds volume and lengthens your lashes but still makes it look incredibly natural, perfect for everyday use. And of cause for the waterproof factor that it claims, it lasts all day without smudging.

It is great for top lashes, but a little hard to work with for the bottom lashes due to the size of the wand. But overall, it is definitely a mascara worth trying!
